Strain Description: CAGGS-SB10 mice express Sleeping Beauty SB10 transposase under control of the chimeric, ubiquitously active CAGGS promoter. This strain, in combination with the two transposon concatemer strains (68 T2/Onc, 76 T2/Onc), constitutes the Sleeping Beauty mutagenesis system that allows for unbiased, forward genetic screens for cancer genes in vivo.
